Minimum Amounts Overview
Minimum Amounts, also known as Minimum Call, Minimum Call-Out, Minimum Pay, or Guaranteed Hours, refer to the minimum number of hours an employee will be compensated for when reporting for work, even if they are sent home early.
In WorkSight FLOW’s Minimum Amount Rules table, you can configure rules to bring employee’s hours up to meet Daily and/or Weekly Minimums. You can configure each rule so that it applies to all employees or only to specific employee groups based on qualifiers such as their shift details, occupation, or pay code. You can also configure each rule to apply a certain rate factor to the bring-up-to-minimum amount.
This article will guide you through setting up basic configuration for the most common types of bring-up-to-minimum amount rules.
