Weekly Overtime
Weekly overtime rules can be added to Flow in the Timecard Rules > Overtime Rules the same way as Daily Overtime rules. The main difference between Daily and Weekly overtime rules is the Daily/Weekly column would have “Weekly.” Weekly rules apply to the employee’s timecards on a per week basis using the Start of Week in your Settings> Location>Start of Work Week.
Weekly Overtime rules can be set up with one or multiple limits same as Daily Overtimes rules.
1.5x after 40 hours worked in a week
Applying a rate factor of time and a half (1.5x) after 40 worked hours in a week, you will want to add a new row in the Timecard Rules > Overtime Rules table.
When complete, the row in the Overtime Rules table should look like this:
1.5x after 40 and 2.0x after 48 hours worked in a week
Applying a rate factor of time and a half (1.5x) after 40 worked hours in a week and a rate factor of double time (2.0x) after 48 worked hours in a week, you will want to add the 2nd Limit and 2nd Factor to the row in the Timecard Rules > Overtime Rules table.
When complete, the row in the Overtime Rules table should look like this:
