Skill Premiums

To set up a basic Skill-based Premium rule in WorkSight FLOW, applying a premium for all employees who possess a certain skill or certification, such as First Aid Ticket, Lead Hand Skill, or Grading Certificate, you will want to add a new row in the Timecard Rules > Premium Rules with a column added for the User Defined Field that tracks the skill, knowledge, or competency. For help on configuring User Defined Fields, please see our article on Creating and Managing a User Defined Field . 

When complete, the row in the Premium Rules table for First Aid Premium should look like this (‘Skill’ is an added UDFs column)":
