Why did I not receive an Invite to WorkSight Flow?
If you have been invited to WorkSight Flow and have you have not received the invitation, check your spam folder. If you find the email there, move it to your inbox and follow the instructions in the email.
How do I change or reset my password?
Tap on Reset Password on the Login screen. Enter your new password on the screen which is displayed, and tap Save. Once that is done, sign in with the new password
I forgot my password and got locked out. Now what?
After 5 unsuccessful attempts to log in, you must wait 15 minutes before attempting to log in again.
If you decide to change your password, minutes after the last attempt, click on Reset Password and save your new password. Once that is done, sign in with the new password
I got a new phone, installed the WorkSight Flow app and the screen is black. What happened?
This black screen typically has to do with the version of the OS you have on your Smart Phone.
You may also need to clear the cache on your cellphone.
I am experiencing a glitch, crash, or other unusual behavior
