What do I do about a manager who also has a schedule in WorkSight and needs to access it on Mobile?
The process for inviting employees to mobile is to add them with the role of "Employee" to start with. This triggers the mobile invite/association. A Super Admin can then change them to another user role in the desktop application, remembering to give the updated role rights access to the mobile self-service feature again.
How do I handle an employee who works at different locations/sites??
An employee can only view one facility at a time in the mobile app. If an employee is originally set up under one Location but has since been transferred to or works at a second location, a second employee profile with unique email addresses will have to be set up at each location where the employee works. The employee will have to log into each location separately to see their schedule and associated timecards.
Note: If they are using g-mail, they can register with a "+" in their address without needing to create a second email account. Example JoeSmith+Downie@gmail.com.
