In Plan, there are four built in views, two scheduling views and two time off request views.
Plan – Schedule Views
WorkSight Flow has two different scheduling views for you to choose from!
We know managing jobs, shifts, and employees is already challenging as it is, so the way you view your schedule shouldn’t add more unnecessary stress to your work life. Not to mention, every company has different operational requirements; there should be options to accommodate them all!
With WorkSight Flow, you’ll get to view your work, your way. Here are your options:
- Job Schedule: it’s the most flexible view in terms of scheduling features available. Get an overview of all jobs and related shifts, in a specific organizational area(s), and manage staff coverage from a job perspective.
- Employee Schedule: gives you insight into what jobs/shifts employees in a specific organizational area(s) are working on and when.
Job Schedule
From an Organizational perspective see which jobs you are running, assign employees to jobs on a long- or short-term basis, create additional shifts, book off employees, and fill any schedule vacancies.
Employee Schedule
From an employee perspective see which jobs they are working on a long- and short-term basis and determine whether additional hours need to be allocated to specific employees.

Plan – Time Off Request Views
WorkSight Flow has two different time off request views for you to choose from!
Employees typically submit a Time Off Request (TOR) when they wish to book time off. Managing these TORs may present scheduling challenges, from making sure that all operational requirements and jobs are covered to being able to easily and quickly approve requests based on attributes such as employee seniority.
In WorkSight Flow, there are two views you can use to facilitate managing TORs:
- Time Off Calendar: in this view, you can see the employees’ TORs in calendar format, one line per employee.
- Time Off List: lets you see an employee’s TORs in a list format, one line per request.
Time Off Calendar
From a management perspective, it is easy to spot days or times when multiple employees with the same occupations or shift patterns have requested the same shifts/days off when approving time off requests.
Time Off List
In this view, you can review and manage each of the individual TORs that employees have requested without having to scroll through the calendar.
