With a single WorkSight account, you can be invited to join multiple Locations by a Super Administrator through the Invite to WorkSight feature, The invited user does not receive an email but is automatically added as a user to the location.
This feature allows a user to collaborate with various groups of WorkSight users in different locations. The locations you belong to are their own separate entities, each with their own unique set of people, schedules, and timecards.
Users will need to provide a password to gain access to each location.
To Switch Locations
Click your profile photo
In the drop-down menu, select “Switch Location”
The Switch Location dialog appears
Click on the Location dropdown.
The Locations you have access to are displayed
Choose the location you wish to access
Enter your password for that location
Click Switch Location
The focus changes to the new Location.
Plan is displayed with the Areas/Groups of the location shown in the Navigation pane
The location can be confirmed by looking at the View Profile dialog
