How do I schedule employees for training?

You may first wish to create one or more reason codes for training (e.g., on-site training, off-site training, safety training, greenbelt training etc.).

If the employee is training with an already scheduled employee create a duplicate shift for the applicable day(s), change the reason for the new shift to On-site Training, and add the trainee.

If a currently scheduled employee is training elsewhere, they will be rescheduled for any intersecting times when the employee is added to the training shift. Any non-intersecting times will not be impacted
