Accessing Account Settings - an Overview

What is the Account Settings Screen/Home Page?

The Settings home page is designed to give you the tools you need to configure WorkSight FLOW. It’s the place to go if you need to change something.

The page also give you a snapshot of your current configuration. The information is useful if you’re looking for ways to optimize FLOW to meet your workforce management goals.

Users have access to a version of the settings page that’s tailored to their permissions and needs.

To access Settings

1. Click your profile photo

2. In the drop-down menu, select “Settings”. FLOW loads the Settings Page.
