Overview
The WorkSight Flow mobile app is a resource for employees to easily view and manage their work time – anywhere, anytime.
Both the Super Admin and the Employee have parts to play in setting up the Mobile App on a Smartphone.

The Super Admin verifies that the individual to be invited has been configured as an Employee in WorkSight Flow, with the email address they are to send the invite to

A Super Admin invites the Employee to use the mobile.
Once the invite has been received, the employee has to download the app and create a user profile within 24 hours. -
The Super Admin verifies the employee rights once the employee has a user profile
To give an Employee access to the Mobile Application

Once the Employee has downloaded the App and created their user profile, the Super Admin verifies Employee’s rights, and adds or removes access rights as applicable

Launch the Desktop version of WorkSight Flow

In Settings>People, update the email address for the employee

Click on Invite to Flow in the Navigation Pane.

The Invite People to WorkSight dialog appears

Enter the Employee email address

Choose Employee as the User Role

Click Send Invite.

Super Admin verifies the Employee Rights
Once the employee has downloaded the App and created their user profile, the Super Admin verifies the employee rights, and makes any changes necessary.
In Settings>Users, verify the employee rights in Plan, Pay, Time Off and Mobile

Click on the line with the user name/email address

In the Users Permissions pane, click on the tabs to review the user rights

Make any desired changes to the toggles in the tabs

Click Save
