[Settings>People] Archive Employee

Archive Employee lets you select an archive As of Date.
When the Archive option is triggered for an Employee, an As of Date dialog appears. On Save, the user is required to enter the Employee Name and click Yes before the Employee can be successfully archived. -
Delete Employee Timecards/Time Off Requests/Assignments
When the Archive employee dialog is confirmed, the Employee is unassigned from their job(s). All future Timecards, Assignments and Time Off Requests for the Employee are deleted from WorkSight. A new job(s) is created for the original Occupation/Shift Pattern(s) with no employee assigned.

When assigning an employee to a new or existing job in an different Area/Group, their existing TORs are handled correctly: Declined or Cancelled TORs do not appear in Job or Employee schedules.

[Timecard Editor} Missing Group or Occupation in detail row
If a timecard is edited and the group or occupation removed, an error toast message is displayed, preventing a commit/save of the timecard. -
[Timecard Editor] Employee List Sort when using Advanced Search
After an Advanced search in Pay, when paging to another page of employees and selecting a timecard to display, the Timecard list is maintained with focus on the employee selected. If a filter is applied, the timecard list reverts to Alpha by name for the filtered set -
[Timecard/Summary] Group By order maintained
The employee list in PAY>TIMECARD inherits the group by order specified in PAY>SUMMARY, and vice versa. -
[Timecard/Summary] Summary not matching Timecard
The mismatched records were due to an indexing issue and was only superficial on the summary view and did not affect real timecard data. A fix has been deployed to prevent it from happening in the future. -
[Timecard Rules] Invaded rest impacting premium application
Premiums are now applied as expected when the employee incurs invaded rest overtime. -
[Timecard Rules] Holiday not being recognized if employee is sick in week
Holiday Pay Premium is being applied as expected. -
[Timecard Rules] Stat absence generating -1 factor
After adding a 2nd shift to an existing shift, then changing the reason to any absence code (like Stat Holiday), the timecard now calculates with a Factor of 1 for the absence code line. - [Timecard Rules] enteredRate rate rule generates 0 rate for absence
When changing the reason to Stat Holiday (absence code) on an added shift, the rate now generates as expected.
