• [Shift Details] Duplicate Multiple Shifts
  • Duplicate shifts added to more options for Multiple Shift Details.

• [Shift Scheduling Tool] Phone Employee Button
  • When Phone Employee is clicked, the phone numbers of the employee selected from the Shift Scheduling candidate list are displayed in the Candidate Employee Phone dialog. The user can call the employee and then click the Schedule Employee button or close the dialog to select a different employee from the shift scheduling list.
• [Time Off Requests] Grouping
  • Multi-level grouping had been added to both the Time Off Calendar and the Time Off List

  • Report prints job schedules for the time period and filtering criteria specified at the top.

  • Appended to the bottom of the report is the Exceptions by Employee section, oriented by employee mode with shift filters for both overtime and time off reason codes. It also includes employees scheduled to jobs away from their normal assignments,
