[UDFs] Built In User Defined Fields
Add Built In UDFs by selecting User Defined Fields in the More Options menu in either Settings>People or Timecard Details. The Built-in UDFs are available in a drop-down under the + (plus) sign in the Edit UDFs Dialog. They need to be created like other UDFs,-
As the user defined fields are added they appear on the employee profile or on the Timecard where the user can add values.

[Time Off Type] Accrual dates
Accrual start and end dates can now be edited. WorkSight recalculates the intersecting withdrawals and other balances i.e. Earned, Used, Planned, Available, Requested/On Hold. -
[Shift Validation Message] Employee is schedule to a shift which overlaps a time off request
When employee has an off, the validation rule will add a message to the shift where the employee is scheduled to work and has an intersecting time off request

[Shift Editor] Deleting rows in Shift Editor Grid

Deleting the last row entry in the shift editor and then saving, deletes the shift with a prompt, and is functionally the same as deleting the shift through the options menu.

Deleting all details in a shift, and then saving, loads the next shift, and is functionally the same as the more options "remove shift" action.

[Shift Editor] Rounding
In the Shift Editor, times and units round to 4 decimals -
[Job Pane] Update Job Effective Range where there are batched timecards
Jobs can now be ended if timecards are in a batch. The end date of job must occur after the date of last batched timecard -
[Scheduling Tool] Switching between shifts
Scheduling tool allows navigation to any additional shifts. The Shift 1 of 2, 2 of 2, etc. arrows allow the user to navigate between the multiple shifts -
[Job Schedule] Copy/Paste Shifts in the Job Schedule
Copy/Pasting shifts that run past midnight correctly generate and display in the shift details and shift cell

[Timecard Editor] Rounding
In the Timecard Editor, times and units round to 4 decimals -
[Timecard Roll-up Grid] Total Row
A total row has been added to the Timecard Roll up Grid to sum units for each units-related column
e.g. if a 2 week period is selected the total units would sum all units for the selected 2 week period -
[Timecard Rules] New rateFactor Expression
The rateFactor() expression has been added to test whether time has been paid at, e.g. rateFactor()==2. The expression uses the factor from the first factor column for the corresponding row -
[Timecard Rules] New expressions daySince(), seniorityDate, hireDate added to rule tables
The daysSince() expression will subtract the current timecard earnedDate that is being processed from the date passed as a parameter when used with “Seniority Date” or “Hire Date”, which have been configured as one of the built-in UDF fields, to the employee record
e.g. to see if the seniorityDate is more that 100 days ago: daysSince(seniorityDate()) > 100 -
[Timecard Rules] New column added to Invaded Rest Rules
To calculate daily invaded rest when only the invaded portion of the shift is paid at the specified factor in the table, use the column “Where Invaded Only?” in the Invaded Rest Rules table. To enable this behavior, you can set to the value “y”, “yes”, “true”, “t” or the number “1”
