Generate a Batch Export File
An export file is automatically generated when a batch is created. Export files are created in .csv format.
Batch Export Files may be Downloaded and Regenerated.
Download a Batch Export File
Download creates the export file for the selected batch. There is no limit to the amount of times an export file can be downloaded, a user can download it as many times as needed. A batch does not need to be in any specific status to be downloaded.
-
Navigate to BATCH Module > SUMMARY Mode
-
In the Batch Summary (top grid), find the batch that you want to download
-
Click on the row in the Batch Summary (in any column except the Name column)
-
Click the Download button
-
Your .csv file will start downloading in your browser and a pdf Export Report will open in a new browser tab
Note: If you have a pop-up blocker installed, you may need to disable it in order to open a new tab for the .pdf report.
Regenerate a Batch Export File
The Regenerate function allows a user to regenerate an export file. This function is useful if the export rules have changed since the last time the export file was generated.

-
