[User Role Permissions] Access Denied message

[User Defined Fields] UDF Sort
When UDF fields appear in the Desktop UI on the employee profile or the timecard they are sorted alphabetically. This allows users to name/number the UDF's if they want to control the display order in dialog boxes, filter/sorts, or lists where they appear. -
[User Defined Fields] Functional Upgrade to UDFs
User-defined text and reference fields with a list of values have been changed to a multi-autocomplete box, with functioning similar to the tags field when there are no “allowable values”. Multiple choices are allowed.

[Time Off Request] Confirmation message when deleting an Approved TOR
If a user tries to delete an approved (published) Time Off Request, a confirmation message appears immediately, advising them to first revert the TOR status to a request:-
If the user clicks No to the change, the confirmation box disappears, the user can change the TOR Status from Approved to Requested, and then delete it.
-
If the user clicks Yes to confirm the deletion, the Approved TOR is deleted, however, the shift details are not regenerated and the Time Off details remain in the Shift Cell.

[Download/Export] Export Issues
-
Export records missing from the “Exporter Grouping” hours earned were not being grouped and rolled up properly, causing hours to be dropped. The issue can be resolved by adding all Reasons in the mapping table to the Exporter Grouping hours earned. To prevent missed mapping WS will create unique records if the reasons are not defined in the Exporter Grouping hours earned.
-
The exporter merges the premiums based on intersecting effective times, so when there is no start and end times (as with units only timecards), the Premium appears in the Exporter in an ERROR row, so the user is aware of it and can manually map it.
