• [Schedule - Employee Mode]
  Employee Mode allows a user to view all employee assignments and shifts for the selected duration. A new button on the Main Pane toolbar allows a user to switch between Job Mode and Employee Mode.
  In Employee Mode:

  • Assigned Employees are displayed in the first column. The Job is displayed in the second column.

  • “Add Employee/Job” Adds a new line and displays the Job Details Pane.

  • Clicking in a shift cell displays the Shift Details editor to add or edit a single shift.

  • Cell Display Options can be changed by clicking on the Cog icon in the grid

  • Scheduled employees who are not assigned do not appear in the grid

  Shift Details now supports Units only for work and absence reasons.

• [Schedule - Shift Details] Schedule refreshing issues fixed
  An Employee added to a shift segment or shift portion updates the existing shift with intersecting times immediately on save.

• [Schedule - Time Off Request] - Approving a Time Off Request and Schedule open
  The Schedule immediately refreshes after the Time Off Request is approved in the dialog.

• [Schedule - Time Off Request] Changing job assignment properties
  When changes occur to an employee's job assignment and there are existing time-off requests, WorkSight regenerates the Time Off Request for the new job and will allocate the hours in the Time Off for any intersecting Shift Dates contained in the request.

• [Report>Schedule - Posted Schedule] Jobs without an Assigned Employee
  A job that does not have an assigned employee is now included in the report; employees are often scheduled to jobs that do not have an assigned employee.

• {Report] Print Options
  A new icon to denote printer options has been added to the Report Main Pane Toolbar.

Test

New

• [Test] Timecard Tests

  • Test is a new module that appears in the top menu bar

  • Test allows users to capture the calculated results of a timecard using data generated from the schedule/timecard and timecard rule configuration.

  • Test is restricted to test Employees only (IsPaid=False)

  • Working with Tests

    • Add Test button: Opens a dialog to pull employee schedule/timecard details created in the schedule or timecard

      • Date duration is limited to 1 week

    • When the test is first created, the test is set to error status because it has no expected results.

    • Edit Timecard button: Opens the Daily Timecard editor for the selected date and allows user to make edits to the timecard to update the test

    • On Save, WorkSight run the rules on the tests and saves the timecard.

    • Update Test button: Once the timecard calculated results meet the expected outcome. the user will update the timecard status by pressing the Update Test button, The Update test button updates the expected results to match the calculated timecard

    • When rules apply and the test does not match the expected results the Timecard Test Status is set to error

    • When timecard rule configuration is changed the users will rerun the tests to see if it violates any existing passing test cases.
