A toast Error message is displayed when a Shift Type with the same name as an existing Shift Type is created. -
[Schedule] Shift Copy/Paste
Shift Copy/Paste no longer copies the Job/Occupation to the target shift. -

After using the Scheduling Tool, when a blank shift is selected, the shift details - details tab is displayed. -
[Schedule] Changing an Employee's assignment/bid job could result in gaps in the assignment effective range or overlapping assignments.
The Job Panel now has a new option "Remove Overlapping Assignments" (defaulted to be on/true). If the checkbox is blank (false), overlapping assignments for the employee are allowed. The change applies to edit job, create job, and update job effective range.-
if an Employee is assigned to a new job with a start date (no end date), WorkSight automatically adds an end date to any existing job assignments and creates the new job assignment
-
If an Employee’s name is deleted from a job assignment. an End date is added to the job and the employee is removed from shifts after the end date
-
Additionally, when a job is edited or split as a result of an Employee being unassigned, the job portions that were not modified retain any schedule modifications

[Timecard Editor] Update the Occupation in Timecard Details
When a different Job with the same Occupation is chosen, the Save button is Enabled.
The Occupation Code and Name are displayed in the Occupation drop-down.
When both Occupation and Shift Type are changed in a timecard, WorkSight keeps the values the user entered and both the Timecard and Schedule are updated correctly. -
[Timecard Editor] Timecard - Delete Shift
If an employee's timecard has been created with multiple shifts in the scheduler, deleting the timecard from the Daily Timecard successfully deletes the pertinent shifts. -
[Timecard Editor] Units only Timecards
in the Timecard Details, Units only entries will sort to the bottom of the timecard (i.e not sort within timecard details with in/out times or premiums)
Note: units only does not currently support timecard rule application (future enhancement) -
[Timecard Editor] Units Rounding
Rounding has been disabled on the Units field. When start/end times adjusted, the units update accordingly. If units are entered or changed with decimals, times update fractionally, showing up to 4 decimal places. Hovering a mouse over a start or end time with decimals displayed shows the actual time in a tooltip. Note: designed to account for Timecard/Schedule/Bereavement Leave Alternate Shifts -
[Timecard Rules] Rules Tables drop-down lists
When choosing reason codes in a Rules field, any previously chosen reason will not be found in the drop-down list for that field.
