Plan

[Time Off ] Time Off Request (TOR)- Submitting an Approved request
- You can now create a time off request and save it with an Approved status.
[Time Off] Time Off Request - Employee must be assigned to a job to create a TOR
- A time off request cannot be created for an employee without a job assignment for the intersecting TOR effective date range; on Save, a toast error message appears: “ You cannot create a Time Off Request for an unassigned employee”

[Schedule] Message Status Filter Icons - Error Counts
- The error counts reflect the full schedule for the location and date range that is selected. Counts are no longer limited to the errors on the rows being viewed.

[Time Off - Time Off Pane] Time Off Request (TOR) for Assigned Employee with no Shift Pattern specified
- WorkSight generates a time off request for the employee for their assigned job using the reason and units from the time-off request. The hours on the Time Off Request are divided evenly by the number of days on the time-off request and Shifts and Timecards are generated for each day specified.
[Shift Validation Rule] Qualification Error should not be displayed if Employee is in Training
- An Hours Earned field has been added to the qualification validation. An Hours Earned type without Training reasons specified needs first to be defined and then selected in the qualification rule.

[Timecard Rules Tables] Overriding Rates
- We have added a new rate rule function of enteredRate(), which a user can set up for the Override reason code. When the 'Override' reason code is used on a timecard, the Scale Rate table will not be referenced by the rate rules, and the rate that is entered on the timecard will be maintained.

[Timecard] Updating timecard fields when ‘Show Breaks’ is Off
- If 'Show Breaks' is toggled off, the values in the Group, Shift Type, and Occupation columns for break rows are automatically updated when the top row is updated
[Timecard Summary View] Paging refined and Grand Total displayed
- A Grand Total for all data that meet the filter criteria appears at the bottom of each 'page'.
- Group By and Sort By icons in the Main Pane Toolbar are now colored when a grouping or sorting selection has been made.
- You can still move between groups when a grouping has been selected, The page control at the bottom of the page, however, is hardcoded to show 5 Groups per page.

[Employee Report] Employee Report was blank
- The Employee Report has been changed to include all active employees. Filters can still be applied to limit the list.
[Unassigned Employees] Unassigned Employee Report
- The Unassigned Employee Report has been changed to include all active and isPaid employees that are not assigned to a job. Filters can still be applied to limit the list.
