If you are experiencing odd issues when using WorkSight Flow, you may need to clear the cache on your browser.
Browsers store things that don't change often in cache memory to speed up load times on pages you visit often. When webpages change those usually-fairly-static resources (like scripts or images), sometimes the browser will still try to load from cache, and it can cause some odd rendering issues.
If you are experiencing issues in your WorkSight Flow account where buttons or drop-downs are not working or a page is not displaying correctly please try manually clearing your browser's cache. Here's a link to directions on how to do that for each browser. After clearing it, please close and reopen your browser.
